At the outset of the hearing, the Representative of the Respondent-Licensee submits that the directions imparted in the order dated 20.08.2024 of the Learned Appellate Authority-cum-S.
E-cum-Dy.
Electrical Inspector, Bhubaneswar passed in Case No.06 of 2023 have already complied with.
Accordingly, the present case may be dropped.

The Authorized Representative of the Petitioner accepts the above submission of the Respondent-Licensee and requests the Commission to drop the present proceeding initiated under Section 142 of the Electricity Act, 2003 against the Respondent, as the said order of the Learned Appellate Authority-cum-S.
Electrical Inspector, Bhubaneswar has been complied with by the Respondent-Licensee.
