Sd/- District Medical & Health Officer West Khasi Hills, Nongstoin” 1) It projected in the petition that the respondents have not disbursed the salary in favour of petitioner from the month of September, 2015 till date, therefore they may be command to release the salary.

2) The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to accord consideration to the case of the petitioner for release of her salary, for the period she has been discharging duties, strictly in accordance with applicable rules, regulations and also subject to satisfactory discharge of duties.

In the process of accord of consideration, petitioner shall also be given opportunity of being heard.

The respondents shall accord consideration as directed within a period of Page 3 of 3 6 weeks from the date copy of this order is served upon them.

The decision as shall be taken in accordance with rules and regulations, be in affirmative or otherwise whatever permissible shall be conveyed to the petitioner.
