Syiem, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she has received a copy of the letter dated 23.01.2023, wherein the Personnel & AR (B) Department has agreed with the proposal for conferment of Regular Casual Worker status to the petitioners.
She Page 2 of 2 further submits that as the prayer of the writ petitioners have been looked into and that the case is under active consideration, she prays that this matter may be closed at this stage.

It is understood that as the proposal is under active consideration, the same shall be processed and disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a period of 4(four) months from today.

This matter stands closed and is accordingly disposed of.
