Mr.

S.Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on receipt of a copy of the Ex-gratia Scheme which was made available by learned counsel for the respondents-corporation, the petitioner is ready to accept the terms thereof.

R.Colney, learned counsel for respondents No.

3 & 4 has produced a copy of the Office Memorandum dated 19th August, 2020 which contains the terms of the compensation scheme for ex-gratia payment which is not covered by the Workmen Compensation Act, 1923.

The same is taken on board and made part of the record.

In view of this development, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that on receipt of a certified copy of this order along with an 2 application for compensation, the respondents-corporation shall complete the process of granting the ex-gratia payment to the petitioner preferably within four weeks.

With the above direction, petition stands closed and disposed of.
