The limited prayer of the writ petitioner before this Court is with regard to the delay in disposal of the Disciplinary Proceedings, which had been initiated since 18.07.2016.

It is also stated that the writ petitioner has been under suspension since 2015.

Ms.

Colney, learned GA for the State respondents submits that the writ petitioner had approached this Court while the Disciplinary Proceedings were underway, and in fact the same is in the final stage.

In this view of the matter, no purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the same is disposed of by directing the State respondents to dispose of the Disciplinary Proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

The matter is accordingly disposed of.
