The petitioners herein 4 in numbers namely Satish Chandra Thakuria who was allowed to officiate temporarily on 23.04.1981 as Mali, Shri Lal Bahadur Yadav who was also allowed to officiate temporarily as Mali w.e.f.

01.08.1985, Shri Kamala Kanta Nath who was initially appointed as Forester on 14.10.1985 on adhoc basis, and Shri Rohan Chandra Brahma who was also appointed on Page 2 of 2 adhoc basis as Forest Guard on 12.12.1986 were allowed to continue in service and their appointments were periodically extended.

It is the further case of the petitioners that after their initial appointments and their services regularly extended and without break, their names were also recommended for regularization, however their services were yet to be regularized.

GA today, has produced a communication dated 08.07.2022, indicating the approval for regularization of the petitioners, and their names appear at Sl.

No.

5, 13, 14 and 15 respectively, of the list appended thereto.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration before this Court and the same is closed with the direction to the State respondents to complete the entire process preferably within a period of 4(four) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
