The grievance of the writ petitioner in the instant writ petition is with the non-approval of the new Managing Committee of the Rai Bahadur Anupchand Hindi Secondary School.

It is submitted that the earlier Managing Committee had been constituted and approved for a period of three years by the respondent No.

3 on 02.08.2017 with a tenure which was to expire on 04.02.2021, and though the petitioner has submitted the list of members for the re- constitution, the approval has not been forthcoming.

This Court by order dated 03.02.2021 in consideration thereof, had given limited interim relief by ordering for the maintenance of status quo.

It is undisputed that the earlier Managing Committee would have normally ended on 04.02.2021 and that by this date, the new Committee should have been in place.

1 to 4 submits that the pendency of the instant writ petition has however prevented the respondents from considering the matter as they are awaiting for the final disposal of the case.

In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned respondent to expeditiously take up the matter for consideration for re-constitution of the new Managing Committee of the Rai Bahadur Anupchand Hindi Secondary School, preferably within a period of 1(one) month fro month from the date of receipt of this order.

The instant writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
