2 for fixation of revised scale of pay and for disbursal of the pensionary benefits at the earliest.

A.G.Momin, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the matter be disposed of with a direction that the entire process be completed as expeditiously as possible.

As the petitioner who had retired on 31-08-2020, is yet to receive any pensionary benefits, the respondent No.
2 is directed to expedite the matter and the entire process should be completed with a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this matter stands closed and disposed of.
