A.G.Momin, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the matter be disposed of with a direction that the entire process be completed as expeditiously as possible.

As the petitioner who had retired on 31-08-2020, is yet to receive any pensionary benefits, the respondent No.

2 is directed to expedite the matter and the entire process should be completed with a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
