1 as well as Mr.
Nongpiur, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.

Sen has brought on record copy of the relevant order dated 2023:MLHC:954 2 22.09.2023 wherein by the said order the Meghalaya Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council on consideration of the dispute between the relevant parties, particularly the respondent No.
2 herein and the petitioner has in essence disposed of the same on the claim being withdrawn.

Without going into the merits of the matter the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.
Philemon Nongbri has submitted that vide the said order dated 22.09.2023 grievances of the petitioner has been attended to and as such, nothing survives in this petition for agitation.
It is, therefore, submitted that in view of the said aforementioned order, this petition may be disposed of accordingly.

On consideration of the submission made, the said order produced before this Court today is taken on board.
The same shall be marked as Annexure-X and form part of these records.

On submission made, this petition is hereby disposed of as infructuous.
