1-4 has today produced instructions dated 07-02-2024 from the office of the Sub-Divisional School Education Officer, South West Garo Hills, Ampati.

It appears that the said Sub-Divisional School Education Officer, South West Garo Hills, Ampati, will approve the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher, more so, as the School is run by the said petitioner as a single teacher.
The approval to be accorded as given in the instructions, is on the basis of the proposal sent by the School Managing Committee vide letter dated 08-11-2021.

K.P.Bhattacharjee, learned GA submits that in view of this development, perhaps the writ petition can be closed at this stage.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed and disposed of.
