Sakya Singha Chaudhuri for Neeti Niyaman present for petitioner, made submissions to initiate action against Respondents to comply the order of the Commission dated 26.11.2024 in OP No. 28/2023 for non-payment of dues ordered against change in law event since, dues are not received till date even after inordinate delay.
