No. 9137/2020 pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka is not yet been withdrawn as undertook in the hearing on 30.05.2023. Counsel for Respondent Ms. Nidhi Gupta for Just Law present, submits that since the petitioner has not withdrawn the WP filed before the Hon’ble High Court despite assuring to withdraw the same, prayed for dismissal of the present petition pending before the commission. Commission heard the counsels and noted that, since the petitioner has sought the same relief before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, the present petition does not survive before the Commission and hence petition is disposed off with a liberty to file a fresh petition if any by the petitioner.
