Case is called for hearing on 15.11.2023. Counsel for petitioner Sri. Malcolm Desai present. Counsel for Respondent Ms. Stephania Pinto for Precinct Legal present and submits that IA dated 13.09.2023 is filed for rectification of the order of the Commission for correction of typographical error in respect of Block No. 19 in 29/2020 and Block No. 21 in OP No. 28/2020 instead of Block No. 19 in OP No. 28/2020 and Block No. 21 in OP No. 29/2020 and consequently change in the Annexure-4 & 5. Petitioner counsel says no objection for the same. Commission heard both the counsels and pass the following.ORDERIt is an admitted fact that in the Common Order dated 28.03.2023 in OP No. 27, 28 and 29/2020, while describing Block No. 19 and Block No. 21 in Annexure-4 and 5 the corresponding OP Nos. are wrongly mentioned as OP No. 28/2020 and 29/2020 instead of OP No. 29/2020 and 28/2020 respectively for the said blocks. Hence, the necessary correction is effected.
