Case scheduled for hearing on 13.03.2024 is rescheduled and the same is called on 27.03.2024 to hear on IA to recall the order dated 22.08.2023 in OP No. 33/2021. Petitioner counsel Smt. Poonam Patil and Respondent Counsel Sri. Shahbaaz Husain for Precinct Legal present. Both counsels submit that in pursuance of the aforesaid Commission order, reconciliation of LPS claims carried out and no settlement arrived in view of their different version in interpretation and understanding of ‘due date’ to arrive at LPS claims in terms of PPA and pray for orders on IA as Respondent counsel objected for calculations arrived by the petitioner. Commission heard both the counsels and reserved the case for orders on IA.
