Case called for hearing on 03.07.2024. Counsel Sri. Kaustubh Mishra appeared for petitioner. Counsel Sri. Aditya Prasad on behalf of Sri. Samarth Kashyap present for Respondent No.1. No representation for respondent No. 2. Counsel for Respondent No. 3 to 5 Ms Vishtruthi Vijay present. Petitioner counsel made submission on merits of the case. The Commission heard the submissions and pointed out that it has initiated the steps to issue draft regulations regarding Grid Support Charges. Counsels for petitioner and respondents submitted to dispose the petition and agreed to abide by the regulations regarding Grid Support Charges to be issued. The petition is allowed. Till the issuance of separate regulations determining Grid Support Charges by the Commission, the existing contracted demand charges and other charges as per the existing agreements need to be paid by the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off. After issuance of the regulations regarding Grid Support Charges, this will be applicable to the entities in the State.
