Case called for hearing on admission on 13.08.2024. Party-in-person Smt. Harini S DGM(RA) & Sri. Ajai Yagati, AAO(RA), BESCOM present, made submissions to clarify/appraise the commission on the issues raised with relevant information on record for review of Tariff Order of the Commission dated 04.04.2022 for recovery of additional regulatory asset in the APR 2021 to the extent of Rs. 698 crores for recovery in FY-2022-23. Commission heard the party in person, noted the submissions, perused the material evidence on record and reserved the case for passing the suitable orders on admission / maintainability.
