Case is called for hearing on 26.07.2023. Counsel for petitioner Sri. P.N. Manmohn present, submits that the respondent has complied the orders of the Commission dated 21.03.2023 in OP No. 156/2017, made oral submissions/arguments on payment of LPS for 16 days in terms of para (e) of the Commission order and prays for the same. Counsel for Respondent Ms. Stephania Pinto for Precinct Legal present, filed compliance affidavit dated 26.07.2023 and prays to dispose the present complaint. Commission heard both the counsels and directed the respondent to pay LPS liability for 16 days delayed payment period in terms of the Commission order and disposed the present complaint accordingly.
