Respondent counsel Ms. Stephania Pinto for Precinct Legal present, submits that they do not wish to file any objections for the present case and prays to dispose the petition as the matter is covered in decision of Ms RBRK Investment Limited Vs KPTCL. Commission heard both counsels and considering the submissions of Respondent counsel and noting the order passed in OP No. 19/2023 dated 28.12.2023, it is ordered that the subject matter of this case is squarely applicable to the facts in OP No. 19/2023. Hence, this petition is disposed off in accordance with the order dated 28.12.2023 passed in OP No. 19/2023 between M/s. RBRK Investment Limited V/s. KPTCL.
