Case is called for hearing on 29.05.2024. Counsel for petitioner Sri. Shridhar Prabhu present, made submission that there is an arithmetical error while passing the final order in OP No. 01/2019, due to the said error the petitioner is loosing Rs. 54 lakhs and prays for rectification of the same. Counsel for respondent Sri. Prashanth for Precinct Legal present, prays time to file objections. Commission heard both counsels. Since it is an arithmetical mistake of calculation, the Commission thought it fit to verify the same through office and has such directed the office to verify the same. Further, time is granted to the respondent to file their objections if any within a week with regard to the alleged arithmetical error. If objections are not filed within the said period, the same will be taken as nil. Accordingly, petition is reserved for orders.
