Rajesh Naik appeared for generators and addressed arguments on merits and reliance to JSW case and prays to determine the tariff rate of Rs. 8.50 Kwh for the period of section 11 and concluded his arguments.4 MRN Cane Power (India) Ltd.,Nirani Sugars Ltd.,Shree Kedarnath Sugar and Agro Products Ltd., Counsel Ms. Priyanka present, addressed arguments for generators for determination of Rs. 6.47 Kwh and prays to file written submissions within a weeks’ time. 5 Chamundeswari Sugars Ltd., Counsel Ms. Priyanka present for Poonam Patil, submits that arguments completed and prays to file written submissions within a weeks’ time. 6 JSW Energy Limited.Tadas Wind Energy Pvt. Ltd., Counsel for Respondent Ms. Lalia Philp present, filed memo in JSW and reiterated arguments in Tada wind Energy Pvt Ltd., concluded wherein the Respondent prays to determine the tariff of Rs. 4.86 Kwh and prays to seek instructions from the client to file written statement within a weeks’ time.7 BMM Ispat Ltd., Counsel Ms. Saakshi Prem present, addressed arguments and concluding arguments with a prayer to determine the tariff of Rs. 6.40 Kwh.8 Shree Renuka Sugars (Burlatti)Shree Renuka Sugars (Havalga)Shree Renuka Sugars (Munoli) Counsel Sri. P.N. Manmohan present, addressed arguments on merits and prays to determine the tariff rate of Rs. 7.25 Kwh as has been paid to JSW.9 Coromandel Sugars Ltd., Party-in-person present, reiterated filing of written statement with a prayer to determine the tariff of Rs. 6.50 to 7.00 Kwh.10 Remaining generators are not present .Counsel for petitioners addressed arguments for BESCOM, CESC, MESCOM, HESCOM & GESCOM on merits of the case and prays time to file written submissions. Commission heard the counsel for petitioners and counsels for Respondents/party-in-persons of the respective generators and directed the Generators to file their written submissions on the claims made in the said petitions on or before 10th of this month in the registry with a copy to the petitioners’ advocate. Thereafter, within a week the petitioners’ advocate to file their reply in the registry with a copy to respective generators. The registry is directed to issue intimation in this regard to the parties forthwith. The case is reserved for orders.
