Manmohan present, addressed arguments on merits and prays to determine the tariff rate of Rs. 7.25 Kwh as has been paid to JSW.9 Coromandel Sugars Ltd., Party-in-person present, reiterated filing of written statement with a prayer to determine the tariff of Rs. 6.50 to 7.00 Kwh.10 Remaining generators are not present .Counsel for petitioners addressed arguments for BESCOM, CESC, MESCOM, HESCOM & GESCOM on merits of the case and prays time to file written submissions. Commission heard the counsel for petitioners and counsels for Respondents/party-in-persons of the respective generators and directed the Generators to file their written submissions on the claims made in the said petitions on or before 10th of this month in the registry with a copy to the petitioners’ advocate. Thereafter, within a week the petitioners’ advocate to file their reply in the registry with a copy to respective generators. The registry is directed to issue intimation in this regard to the parties forthwith. The case is reserved for orders.
