Sumanth Gowda for Precinct Legal present, filed Affidavit dated 26.11.2024 with a copy to petitioner highlighting the details of payment as per the orders of the commission in OP 19/2019 and prays to dispose the present complaint. Petitioner counsel submits that still certain payments are due to be paid by R-2 and prays for time to verify the memo and affidavit filed by R-1 & R-2 with suitable reply. Counsel for petitioner Ms. Asha Bari Thakur for CSG Legal present, filed affidavit dated 04.11.2024 with copy to other side and submitted that BESCOM has paid principal amount and LPS amount is yet to be paid and R-2 (HESCOM) is due to pay balance principal amount along with LPS. R-1 not present. Counsel Sri. K. Sumanth Gowda for Precinct Legal present for R-2 (HESCOM) and submits that dues of both principal and LPS are complied. Commission heard counsels, directed the Respondents R-1 & R-2 to appear before the commission on the next date of hearing to explain what has been paid and what has not been paid in terms of the commission order dated 07.03.2023 in OP No. 19/2019.
