This appeal filed by the Revenue is emanating out of the order of Commissioner of Income Tax (A) – 7, Pune dated 16.05.2019 for the assessment year 2009-10.

On the date of hearing, Ld.
D.R. submitted that the tax effect in the present appeal is below the monetary limit as prescribed by the recent CBDT Circular No.17/2019 dt.08.08.2019 and therefore Revenue would like to withdraw the appeal filed by Revenue.

He therefore submitted that the appeal be decided accordingly.

We have heard both sides and perused the material on record.
In view of the request of Ld.
D.R. to withdraw the appeal vide letter dated 25.10.2019, appeal of the Revenue is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeal of the Revenue is dismissed.
