1034 to 1063/PUN/2019 Sharad Institute of Technology, College of Engg. आदेश / ORDER This batch of 30 appeals by the assessee are directed against the separate orders passed by the Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeal)-1, Kolhapur in relation to the assessment years and quarter numbers mentioned above.

Before us, assessee has filed letters dated 29.10.2020 seeking withdrawal of the appeals.

The relevant contents of such letters (except appeal particulars), which is common to all, read as under: “I have opted for the Direct Taxes Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme in respect of the above appeals.

Accordingly, I have been issued Form No.3 by the Pr.CIT, in response to my application.

I accordingly intend to withdraw my above referred appeal(s).

I request your honour to kindly allow me to withdraw my above referred appeal(s) and oblige.

Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the letter and oblige to enable me to produce the acknowledgement to the Pr. to the Pr.CIT in accordance with the provisions of Direct Taxes Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme.” 3.

DR did not raise any objection to the withdrawal of the appeals filed by the assessee.

As such, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeals.
