This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of CIT (A)-15, Mumbai dated 22.07.2011 for assessment year 2006-07.

The proceedings arise out of assessment completed u/s.143(3) of the Income- tax Act.

The assessee had filed letter dated 21st November, 2012 seeking permission to withdraw the impugned appeal.

The permission to withdraw the appeal is granted as DR has also not objected to the withdrawal of this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
