The assessee has filed an application dated 17-01-2017 to withdraw the appeals and to avail the remedy under Direct Tax Dispute Resolution Scheme 2016.

Shri Hitendra Ninawe representing the Department submitted that the Department has no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw both the appeals.

In view of the written request made by the assessee/appellant both the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
