(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 20.4.2023, issued under the signature of Director, Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh, which is taken on record, learned Additional Advocate General states that judgment sought to be executed in the instant proceedings has been ordered to be implemented subject to outcome of the LPA, which is pending before this Court.

Having perused aforesaid communication as well as office order dated 19.4.2023, annexed with the aforesaid communication, this Court finds that in compliance of the judgment sought to be executed, pay of the petitioner has been re-fixed and DDO concerned has been directed to release the amount.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same are closed.

However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to get the present petition revived in case financial benefits, if any, on account of aforesaid compliance are not released within two weeks.
