LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.31090 OF 2022 ORAL ORDER: Mr.
A.Sanjeeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.
He has also moved a Court Slip on 30.12.2022 vide USR No.122639 of 2022 and made an endorsement on the case file to that effect.
The said Court Slip is placed on record.
The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
However, there shall be no order as to costs.
