JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.2079 OF 2022 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘Cr.P.C.’), is filed by the petitioner/A.2, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.13 of 2022 of Choudarigudem Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 468 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Having submitted for a considerable time, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file similar bail application before the Court of Session.
