The lacts of the case reveal that the writ petition was preferred before this Court by the appellants herein (writ petitioners) being aggrieved by the action of the responrlent No.2 in passing orders in its 403.d meeting held on 18.10.2021 and 19.01.2021 by which the claim of the appellants for granting extension of approval in respect of B.Ed course was turned down.

The appellants came up before this Court stating that a show cause notice 'vas issued in the matter and they did submit a reply on O2.O),.2O21.

However, the reply was not considered zrnd orders were passed.

The learned Single Judge hasI 2 disposed of the writ petition and in paragraph 4 of the said order it was held as under:- "Under these circumstances, the respondent No.2-National Council of Teacher Education is directed to re-examine the reply, d,ated O2.Ol.2O2l, along with the material papers enclosed thereto, submitted by the petitioners, pursuant to the final show-cause notice vide No.F.SRO/NCTE/ APSo03 so / B.

E d / (T S!2O2O I 2 l844,dated 23. t 2.2o2o, and pass orders in accordalce with the goveming rules, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.' The order passed by the learned Single Judge reveals that the learned Single Judge has already directed the National Council for Teacher Education to re-examine the reply dated O2.Ol .2021 arld to pass a fresh order in accordance with law.

Therefore, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed. -) The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
