THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24531 of 2022 ORDER: The petitioners herein claim to be absolute owners and possessors of land in Sy.Nos.46/A/2, 46/A/1, and 46/A/3, to an extent of Ac.01-18 gts., each totaling to Ac.04-14 gts., situated at Uppepally village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and the said land was also mutated in their names with Khata Nos.269, 641 and 267 respectively, but during Land Record Updating Program, though the Revenue Authorities have updated entire land in Dharani Web Portal, the respondents have updated the names of unconcerned persons who are nothing to do with the subject land and the names of the petitioners were not updated.
Immediately, they have approached the respondent authorities and reported the issue but there is no response from the authority.
As such, they have made representation through Dharani Web Portal through LM 2100032691, LM 2100032709 and LM 2100032722 and the said applications are still pending and the respondents are not taking any action in the said applications.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the respondents would consider the said applications in accordance with the law.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation on Dharani Web Portal viz LM 2100032691, LM 2100032709 and LM 2100032722 submitted by the petitioners in respect of the land in Sy.Nos.46/A/2, 46/A/1, and 46/A/3, to an extent of Ac.01-18 gts., each totaling to Ac.04-14 gts., situated at Uppepally village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law by taking into consideration of the old pattedar passbooks issued in the names of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It is needless to observe that the respondent No. ondent No.2 while considering the online applications submitted by the petitioners, shall put all the interested parties on notice including the persons whose names are appearing on Dharani Portal.
