With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The case of the petitioner is that he purchased agricultural land admeasuring Ac.
1.20 guntas in Survey No.192lE of Raghunathpur Vi1lage, Rajapet Mandal, Nalgonda District, under a registered sale deed vide document No.
1412 of 2OO7 dated 15.03.2007.
The petitioner made an application through online Dharani Portal vide Challan No.PMM2200019180 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and for issuance of pattadar passbook.

According to learned cottnsel for the petitioner, thc subject vendors Iands are patta lands standing in the name of the of the petitioner vide pattadar passbook bearing No.T3O 12O 190786.
Learned counsel further submitted that the application made through Challan No'PMM2200019180 is \ 2 submitted to the Tahsildar, Rajapet, Yadadri Bhongir District - respondent No.2 herein.
But, respondent No. ondent No.2 is not taking any action on the application submitted by the petitioner.
Therefore, the petitioner seeks appropriate orders from this Court to direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner.

Learncd Assistant Government pleader for Revenue submitted that after introduction of Dharani portal, the petitioner has to make application seeking mutation of his/ her name in the revenue records and for issuing pattadar passbook through online Dharani Portal under appropriate module and in case if the petitioner submits such application, the competent authority i.e., the District Collector concerned can consider the said application in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the writ petition is disposed of granting Iiberty to the petitioner to make online application through Dharani Portal seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of new pattadar passbook in respect of the subject lands and on making such application by the ) 3 To, petitioner, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall consider the said online application in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of application by the petitioner.
