2 3730 0F 2022 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of Respondents 2 and 3 in taking action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 10.05.2022 against the 4s respondent for illegal and unauthorised constructions' 2.

Abdul Quadeer' learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the unofficial respondents are making illegal construction, hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 1O'05 2O22 to the respondent Corporation to take action against the unofficial respondents He submits that in spite of the same' the respondent authorities have not taken any action and the unofficial respondents are going ahead with the construction activity He submits that the matter came on that daY also' the matter was the resPondent the resPondent affidavit before this up on 19.05 '2022 ' even adjourned for ' sPecific CorPoration' In sPite of officers have taken action nor filed counter- instructlons from the same, neither Learned Standing Counsel for Sri Pasham Krishna ReddY Court the resPondent submits that the corporatlon respondent Corporation will take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Corporation. to consider the representation dated 10.O5.2022 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the said representation in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
