This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus' declaring the proceedings of the Respondent No.3 in surveying the land in Sy.Nos. in Sy.Nos.258 and 259 in Chinnakanjarla Village, Patancheru Mandal of Sanga Reddy District, pursuant to the proceedings of Respondent No.3 under File No.E/ 109/30612022, dated 25.O4.2022, as illegal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a pattadar of land situated in Survey No.258/A3, 258/A4 & 25g lAto an extent of Ac.2.28 guntas, Ac.2.28 guntas & Ac.7.16 guntas respectively situated in Chinnakanjarla Village, Patancheru Mandal of Sanga Reddy District and his grievance in the present Writ Petition is that the 3'd respondent has issued impugned notice under File No.E/1O9 130612022, dated 25.04.2022, proposing to conduct survey of the said land on O2.O5.2O22 in which there is an existing standing crop of Chiily which gets damaged and as a result, the petitioner would suffer loss of property.

In view of the apprehension of the petitioner that the standing crop would get damaged by conducting survey, the 1 1 MSK,J W.l'.No.22409 2022 respondents 2 & 3 are hereby directed to conduct survey without causing any damage or disturbance to the standing crop of the petitioner and complete the same in accordance with law.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is dispsoed of' There shall be no order as to costs.
