Learned counsel for the petitioner contend that aggrieved by Panchanama dated 01'-07-2017, 07-72-201'2, 1'0-17- 2014 drafted by the respondent No.5 herein in respect of the land in Ac.01-01 gts., in Sy.No.162 situated at Chakapuram Revenue Village, Nidamnoor Village, the petitioner herein filed a Revision Petition under Section (B) of Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1'977.

The second responder-rt herein having taken up the said Revision Petition issuecl notice datecl 02-03-2020 recluiring the respective parties to appear on 07-03-2020.

Hoi,r,ever, thereafter, the third respondent failed to take anv further actiorr for consideration of Revision Petition and for disposal of the same.

Therefore, the petitioner having waited for more than two years, filed the present Writ Petition seeking direction to the third respondent to dispose off the Revision Petition filecl by the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the fact that tire thirti respondent herein having entertained the Revisiorr Petition filecl by the petitioner and already issued notices trs earlv as 02-03- 2020 to the respective parties, but the said Revisior.r Petitior.r is said to be still pending and no Orclers are passecl.

In view of the same, this Court is of the view this Writ Petition is disposed off at the admission stage, directir-rg the third respondent/Joint Collector, Nalgonda District, to take up the Revision Petition No.F2/5205/2017 filed by the petirioner \ 3 under Section 4 (B) of Andhra pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977and dispose off the same, by duly issuing notices to all the parties, and giving them reasonable opportunity, and to pass appropriate Orders, in accordance with iaw, within a period of S (Eight) weeks from the date of receipt of this Order and communicate the said Order to the respective parties.
