2 PETIT o. oRDER: This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus' declaring the inaction of second resPondent in considering the representation dated l2.lL.2o2l submitted by the petitioner' vide its inward No.30694/2021 to mutate the name of the petitioner in the Revenue records to an extent of Acs'2'00 guntas in Survey No.695 and Acs'2'00 guntas in Survey No'7 19' situated in Gummadavalli Village' Kaldukur Mandal' Rangareddy District as illegal and arbitrary' 2" The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner, seeking mutation of the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Acs'2'00 guntas in Survey No.695 and Acs'2'OO guntas in Survey No'719' situated in Gummadavalli Village, Kandukur Mandal' Rangareddy District, the second respondent has not considered the representation, dated 12'Il '2021 vide inward No.30694 l2O2l submitted by the petitioner' MSK.J w .P.No.19522 of 202) 3.
It is further contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even after lapse of more than five months, the second respondent has not moved the matter pertaining to mutation of the name of the petitioner in Revenue records in place of his deceased wife, who died intestate leaving behind her husband/petitioner and two sons and two daughters as her legal heirs.
In support of claim 'of the petitioner Fam,y Members certificate vide Lr.No.C/679/2006, dated 13.04.2006 under Ex.p4 is atso submitted.
Even then the representation dated 12.11.2021 rn respect of subject land in pending consideration.
Having waited for more than five (S) months, petitioner approached this Court, seeking appropriate direction to the respondents.

In the light of the above, this Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 12.11.2021 vide inward No. inward No.30694/2021 to mutate the name of the petitioner in Revenue records in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Acs'2'00 guntas in Survey No'695 and 2 closed.
