ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.11273 and 10667 of 2022 COMMON ORDER: Questioning the action of the respondents in not providing electricity connection to the petitioners’ undivided share of land admeasuring Acs.4.19 guntas in Survey No.233/1, situated at Nizampet Village, Bachupally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, in spite of their filing applications dated 15.11.2021, the petitioners have filed the present Writ Petitions.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have already filed applications before the official respondents concerned, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, both these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the official respondent concerned to consider the applications stated to have been filed by the petitioners for providing electricity connection in respect of the subject property and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight (8) weeks from AAR, J W.P.Nos.11273 and 10667 of 2022 2 the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
It is needless to mention that before granting service connection in favour of the petitioners, the official respondent concerned shall put the revenue and the municipal authorities on notice and take into account the objections, if any filed by them.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
