1823L of 2022 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of second and third respondents in not mutating the narne of the petitioner in Revenue records ald Dharani Portal in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0'31 gts, Survey No.711/A, situated in Miryalaguda Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District by considering the representations dated 09.O3.2022 and 21.03.2022 submitted by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

It is the case of the petitioner that her mother- in-law by name Vubbapalli Lachamma, W/o'Late Venkaiah was the absolute owner arld possessor of the said extent of Ac.0.31 gts of land and she was also issued old pattadar pass book and title deed in her name in respect of the said extent of land vide page No.742 and that the mother-in-law of the petitioner died intestate on 04'lO'2O27 leaving behind the petitioner and her children.

It is further case of the petitioner that the petitioner and children have ?

MSK,J W.P.No.l8231 of 2022 approached the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Miryalguda, seeking to declare them as legal heirs of late Vubbapalli Lachamma and that the said suit was decreed by a decree dated 28th January, 2022.

Basing upon the said decree, the petitioner submitted representations dated 2I'O3.2022 and 09.O3. and 09.O3.2O22 to second and third respondents respectivel5r seeking to mutate the names of the petitioner herein in respect of the said extent of land in place of her mother-in-law Late Vubbapalli Lachamma' The said representations are not being considered by the second and third lespondents and seeks intervention of this Court to direct second and third respondents and pass appropriate order.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second and third respondents to consider the representations dated 09'O3.2O22 and 27.O3.2O22 submitted by the petitioner for mutation of her name in the ) MSK,J W.P.No.l8231 of 2022 Revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.O.31 gts in Survey No.711/A, situated in Miryalaguda Village and Maadal, Nalgonda District within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with iaw and communicate the same to the petitioner.
