Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Srinivasa Rao Madiraju presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction especially one in the nature ofwrit ofmandamus declaring that a)The action of the respondents in allotting the petitioner to Jagityal District vide proceedings No.ES/SC/K{ JAGVSCAS/0190, dated 24.12.2021 is illegal and arbihary violating article l4 and l6 ofthe Constitution oflndia. b)Declare that the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing of the application ofthe petitioner d ated 24.12.2021 is illegal and arbitrary AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Srinivasa Rao Madiraju Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
