No,1187a of 2022 ORDER: This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring inaction of the respondents No.2 and 3 in considering the representations of the petitioner dated, 12.og.2021, 1t .o2.2022, 14.o2.2022 as illegal and arbitrary.
2' The petitioner seems to have made representations to the respondents against one Mohammed Ghouse shah euadri for interfering u,ith the performance of the functions of the petitioner as a eazi.
The petitioner seems to have made representations to the respondpnts and the representation clated LO.O2.2O22 is made to the Sth respondent.
He submits that the representations made by the petitioner have not been considered and there is every likely-hood that the person against whom he has made a complaint of interference with the performance of functions by the petitioner will be appointed as a Qazi.
3 Learned Government pleader for Minority welfare submits trrat the petitioner's representation dated 1o .o2.2022 wilr be considered by the respondents in accordance rvith law.

Taking the above submissions of the learned counsel into consideration and having regard to the fact that the petitioner has made representations to the competent authority i.e.
5o respondent, the Sth respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner if there is any proposal to appoint Mohammed Ghouse Shah Quadri as one of the eazis in the areas in which the petitioner is also performing functions as eazi.
