Justice A.Rajasheker Reddg) This writ petition is filed for the following relief; "to issue a writ, order or direction, particularly, on in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declalng the action of the respondents particula-rly the 2-r respondent in not considering the petitioner for counseling and admisston into MBBS/BDS course under Management Quota B & C Category for the academic year 2O2l- 2022 as illegal, arbitrarl., un constitutional and consequently direct the respondcnts to considcr arld include the name of the petitioner for admission into MBBS/BDS course under Management Quora B & C category for the academic year 2O2l- 2022 and pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court deems llt and proper in the circumstalces of the case.,, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the ljs in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the interim order passed by this court in IA.No.

1 of 2O2O in Wp.No.22953 of 2020, d,ated, 15.12.2021, and also WP.No.8410 ol 2022, dated 15.02.2O22, whic]n was disposed of following the earlier interim order dated l1.l2.2o2l, and hence similar order may be passed.

Heard learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health and Family Welfare for the 1st respondent. -/ , : I l Havingregardtothefactsandcircumstancesofthecaseandthe submissions of the learned counsel and the interim order, which is referred to above, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of with the following direction: "The petitioner is permitted to approach the 2"d respondent and submit his application along with origrnal certiltcates by paying Rs.6,3OO/ -(Rupees six thousand three hundrcd on117) torvards registration charges and Rs.7,500/- (Rupees seven thousand five hundred only) towards service provider charges on or before 07.03.2022.

On receipt of such representation, the 2nd respondent shall consider the petitioner under Management Quota - B and C/NRI category for adrnission into MBBS/BDS course for the academic year 2O2l-2O22, in accordance with law and take necessary action thereon'" As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
