In this writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking any action on his representation dated 14.06.2021, seeking Rehabilitation and Resettlement Package for acquisition of his house and the land to an extent of Ac.0.02'/, gts in Sy.No.853/17 situated in Ramanujavaram village of Manuguru Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudern District, 3.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already subrritted a representation dated 14.06.2021 to respondent No.3 ventilating his grievance, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with 1aw.

It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be put 2 on notice and giver.r an opportunity of hearing.
