With their consent, this Writ petition is being disposed of at the stage oI admission.
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in proposing to disconnect the electricity service connection to the subject property situated at Ganesh Nagar, Jagtial Town and District, without considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2022, as illegal and arbitrary.
The learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, has stated that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not taking any steps to disconnect the power supply to the subject property, as alleged by the petitioner, and that the present writ petition has been filed on mere apprehension.
Learned Standing Counsel furthel states that in case, respondent Nos. ndent Nos.2 to 4 intencl to disconnect tlte electricity service connection to the subject prolrerty, In view of the above made submissions, the grievance of the il petitioner stands redressed and the Writ Petition is closed.
