RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying lhat in the circumstances stated in the affidavit flled therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent in conducting the survey and demarcating the 1st petitioner agricultural land to an extent of Ac,2.20 gts in Survey no.10542, 2nd petitioner agricultural land to an extent of Ac 1.29 gts in Survey No.105A3 and 3rd petitioner agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1.29 gts In Survey No.105 A4 of Chingapuram village, ltikyala l\,4andal, Jogulamba gadwal district even though petitioners made proper application vide Application No.AOD022100031857 dt.1i.02.2021 of the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary violative of Article 14, 19, 21 and consequently direct tho respondents to conduct the survey and demarcate the petitioner land in the aforesaid survey number' lA NO: 1 oF 2022 Petition under Section 15'l CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the responden respondents to conduct the survey and demarcate the lst petitioner agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2.20 gts in Survey no.1o5A2, znd petitioner agricultural land to an extent ol Ac.1 .29 gts in Survey No.10543 and 3rd petitioner agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1.29 gts in Survey No.10544 of Chingapuram village, ltikyala l\,4andal, Jogulamba gadwal district even though petitioners made proper application vide Application No.AOD0221000 31857 d1.13 02.2021 of the petitioners.

VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITTON No.7474 of 2022 The limited grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents pursuant to the F-line Application L3.02,2021 submitted by them in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.2.20 guntas in sy.No.1o5/A2 belonging to the petitioner No.1, Ac.1.29 guntas in Sy.No.1O5/A3 belonging to the petitioner No.2 and Ac.1.29 guntas in Sy.No.1O5/A4 in Chingapuram Village, Itikyala Mandal, Jogutamba Gadwal District.
Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue submitted that the respondent No.3 may be dlrected to conduct the survey and dema rcation.
