2, In these writ petitions, the petitioners seek a direction to the Joint Collector-cum-Land Acquisition Offlcer, Jogulamba, Gadwal District, to consider their representations submitted with regard to grant of compensation as per the prevailing rate and also as per the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition (Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 20L3, for acquiring their lands for laying a 6-lane road from K'M'202'900 to 255'887 starting from Raichur to Gadwal road in Jogulamba Gadwal District.

Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.

4, In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel for National Highway Authority of India that Award Nos.G/1013/2018 and Gl4L2/2021, dated 15.72.2021, have been passed by the Additional Collector-cum- Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (NHAI), Jogulamba, Gadwal District, in relation to the subject properties.

The said submission of the learned Standing Counsel for National Highway Authority of India is taken on record, 2 6. cord, 2 6.

In view of the submission made by the lea rned Standing of India, no orders are Counsel for National Highway Authority required to be passed in these writ petitions' However' liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out the remedies available under law, 7 With the above observation' all these writ Petitions are disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions' if any' pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed ' There shall be no order as to costs' SD/.
