Appellant is the husband and respondent is the wife.

Appellant - husband has filed the aforesaid O.P. under Section 13(1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, against the respondent – wife, seeking dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty.

Vide impugned order, learned Family Court dismissed the aforesaid O.P.

Challenging the said order, appellant – husband has preferred the present appeal.

During the pendency of the present Appeal, both the parties have settled the disputes out of the Court and they have entered into a Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 20.04.2025 on the specific terms and conditions mentioned therein.

They have also filed the I.A.No.1 of 2026 to record the compromise.

Considering the said aspects, vide order dated 29.04.2026, we have directed both the appellant and respondent to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad for the purpose of identification.

They have appeared before the Secretary and she has submitted a report dated 04.05.2026.

In the light of the same, I.A.No.1 of 2026 is allowed and FCA.No.43 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise dated 20.04.2025.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
