The respondent was to clarify the obtaining of OC of this particular unit duly marked on a map showing the unit allotted to the complainant and OC obtained from DTCP for the concerned block and tower. However, neither written submission has been filed by any party nor any clarification regarding the OC has been filed by the respondent till date.  One last opportunity is being granted for submission of above clarification by the respondent failing which it shall be understood that no OC for allotted unit has been obtained and matter will be further proceeded accordingly.   Matter to come up on 08.09.2022 for  pronouncement of order.
