Proceedings dated: 18-11-2022 Ms. Jyoti Yadav, Planning Executive briefed about the facts of the project. None is present on behalf of the promoter. A show cause notice was issued to the promoter on 15.06.2022. Despite service through email, speed post and uploading on web portal, no one has appeared on behalf of the promoter for the second consecutive hearing. It, therefore, shows willful noncompliance on the part of the promoter. In view of the above, a token penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- is hereby imposed upon the promoter under section 63 of the Act, 2016 which shall be deposited within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. In case the directions of the Authority are still not complied with, it shall be open to the Authority to take further action under section 63 as well as section 7(1) of the Act, 2016. A copy of these proceedings may be supplied to the Accounts Branch. The matter to come up for further proceeding on 09-12-2022.

The promoter is directed to submit the deficit documents to comply with the conditions of registration certificate. Matter to come up on 18-11-2022.
