Arrest warrants were issued against directors of JD.  Not served. A report has been received. It is mentioned that despite visiting again and again, directors of JD could not be arrested.                        To come on 17.02.2023 for further proceedings.

Arrest warrants against directors of JD were issued to be executable through Commissioner of Police, Gurugram. Report has been received. It is mentioned that Kushagr Ansal, rarely comes at the office i.e. 110,Indra Prakash, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. This is not  proper execution. It appears that police did not make efforts to  get directors of JD arrested.  Issue show cause notice to Commissioner of Police, Gurugram as why contempt of court proceedings  be not initiated against her/him. Reply, if any, be filed till next date.                       To come on 09.12.2022 for further proceedings.

It is submitted by learned counsel for JD that as per directions of this forum, an affidavit of Kushagr Ansal, Managing Director has been filed.                          Heard. I perused  the affidavit. No such property has been disclosed by said managing director which can be attached/owned by JD. DH requests to send director of JD to civil imprisonment.  Issue arrest warrants against Kushagr Ansal.  Commissioner of Police,  Gurugram, is authorized to  get him arrested and produced before this forum on or before next date.                        To come on 20.10.2022 for further proceedings.

It is pointed out by learned counsel for DH that vide order dated 17.05.2022, directions were given to JD to disclose its assets/properties worth attachment. Affidavit sworn in by Mr. Kushagr Ansal, Managing Director of JD alongwith details of assets/ bank account has been filed.  Taken on record.                          To come on  05.09.2022 for further proceedings.

File put up today on an application filed by DH seeking  an early hearing.                     On previous date, directors of JD were asked to file an affidavit disclosing assets/properties of JD which can be attached. Affidavit, in this regard is to be sworn by any one from directors and is  to be filed  till next date i.e. 20.07.2022. AR of JD undertakes to file such an affidavit before next date.                    To come  on  20.07.2022,  date already fixed.

Learned counsel for DH submits that her client does not know about assets/properties of JD and requests for directions to JD to disclose its assets/properties worth attachment.                       JD is directed to give particulars of its assets/properties including details of bank account(s). Same be filed in the form of an affidavit to be sworn by any one of directors preferably by the managing director. Copies of title deeds and statement of bank account(s) be also furnished alongwith affidavit.                   To come on  20.07.2022 for further proceedings.
