Vide resolution No.55 dated 03.12.2021, District Bar Association Gurugram  has requested for suspension of work today i.e. 03.12.2021 due to sad demise of Shri Kamal Bhardwaj Advocate son of Shri Balwan Bhardwaj and brother of Ganga Parshad Advocate.                     Case is adjourned to 21.01.2022  for the purpose already fixed.

The counsel for the JD is directed to submit the details of the decretal amount paid to the decree holder on an affidavit in an upto date manner. Copy be supplied to the counsel for the decree holder.                   Both the parties are directed to appear before the Chartered Accountant of the Authority on 27.09.2021 for cross verification so that next process of law should be initiated.                 Matter to come up on 21.10.2021.

A perusal of the case file reveals  that the order dated 7.12.2018  has not been signed and the file is incomplete.  Even no decree sheet is on record. In the absence of these orders,  the matter cannot be proceeded further. It casts aspersion on the working of the Legal Executive/Registry who have not cared to check the files in its totality.  Registry/ concerned LA should be careful over the minute details so that adequate justice can be dispensed to the decree holder and the JD. The matter be re-fixed after 15 days after completing all  formalities.                   Matter to come up on 16.09.2021 for further proceedings.

The counsel for the JD has sought one week time for making payment to the decree holder. Counsel for the JD is directed to pay the decretal amount to the DH within one week.             Matter to come up on 18.08.2021 for further proceedings.
