HARERA GURUGRAM THROUGH JYOTI vs RAMBHA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Amit Verma (Sr. Manager) are present on behalf of the promoter. The AR of the promoter states that the service plans and estimates are pending at the level of the DTCP, and stand forwarded for approval by CE HSVP vide Memo No. CE-I/SE(HQ)/SDE(W)/2019-189343, dated 22.10.2019 and further after completion of development works the application for grant of CC has been made and is in advance stage of approval.  The AR seeks an adjournment for submission of approvals.
